A rally in solidarity with Israel was held in at Ateres Ayala in Skokie Sunday evening. But pro-Palestinian supporters rallied a short distance away ahead of the event. Tensions erupted between some of the pro-Palestinian protesters and Jews in a parking lot separating the two events.
