RE/MAX Agent Tim Dimmick Earns Annual Sales Production Award

Souderton, PA,  – Tim Dimmick, with RE/MAX Reliance, has earned the RE/MAX 100% Club Award, which recognizes high-achieving real estate professionals for their service to buyers and/or sellers during the past year.

This is the 5th consecutive year Dimmick has received this high honor.

“It’s a tremendous honor to receive this award,” said Dimmick. “As a full time real estate agent with RE/MAX Reliance, I’m fully committed to helping my clients and consumers find the home that is right for them, while delivering superior service. It’s truly an honor to be surrounded by such an incredibly supportive team. Buying and Selling a home is one of the biggest decisions one makes in their lifetime, and I take my responsibility in representing them very seriously.  While emotions can often get the best of buyers and sellers throughout the process, I strive to be a voice of reason helping them keep both reality and their goals in focus.”

Assisting buyers and sellers in the Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh and Berks County areas, Dimmick is no stranger to the real estate field. Prior to joining RE/MAX Reliance in 2017, Dimmick owned his own Mortgage Brokerage firm for over 23 years. Knowing the type of financing that is needed or is being used can have a huge impact on the outcome of the transaction. Knowledge he says, that has proven to be an invaluable asset to his clients through the process of buying or selling real estate.
