The murder case against Kyle Rittenhouse seemed possibly thrown into jeopardy Wednesday when his lawyers asked for a mistrial over what appeared to be out-of-bounds questions asked by the chief prosecutor. But the judge did not immediately rule on the request, and the trial continued until it adjourned for the day and he told the jury the trial would resume at 9 a.m.
