The Salvation Army Elgin Corps will highlight its accomplishments locally and the organization’s efforts in Ukraine during their first ever annual luncheon and civics awards May 18. Speakers will include officers from the Army who have been working on the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and neighboring countries that have been flooded with refugees.
