About a year after West Dundee officials turned down a proposal for an industrial development at Randall and Binnie roads, Carpentersville officials are hosting a special meeting Tuesday to discuss a similar proposal at the same intersection. The site is between Carpentersville and West Dundee, and residents are still opposed.
