“The Devil Wears Prada, The Musical” still needs some alterations in its Chicago world-premiere run at the James M. Nederlander Theatre. Otherwise, this pre-Broadway tryout is mostly successful at capturing the dazzle and dilemmas of the 2006 film and Lauren Weisberger’s best-selling 2003 novel about an aspiring writer who begins working for an exacting editor-in-chief at a glossy fashion magazine.
