High schools don’t all have the same accountability system in place as colleges, and state and national governing bodies give school officials autonomy in running their programs with good reason. But when it comes to things like hazing, the Illinois High School Association, the Illinois Athletic Directors Association and the National Federation of High School Associations send a clear message: No hazing is acceptable.
