Stolp Island Social, an Aurora restaurant that was briefly open before the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown, is reopening starting Friday, Dec. 10. Billed as a “seasonal kitchen and steakhouse” by owner and operator Amy Morton, Stolp Island Social focuses on sustainability and sourcing food locally whenever possible.
