A suburban legislator filed an amendment to create a recall election for Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, asserting her lack of action in prosecuting cases of gun violence fuels the rise in crime seen in the county. With only days left of the spring legislative session on Tuesday, State Rep. Chris Bos, a Lake Zurich Republican, submitted the ‘County State’s Attorney Recall Act.’
