Coming off a near perfect game in his previous start, Cubs pitcher Drew Smyly wasn’t quite as sharp Wednesday. He did leave with the lead after 5 innings, but the bullpen couldn’t hang on and the Cubs lost to San Diego at Wrigley Field.
