Sueños 2025 will have a second stage and Peso Pluma back as headliner

Sueños Music Festival on Thursday announced that Peso Pluma will be a headliner when the two-day festival returns to Grant Park next Memorial Day weekend for its fourth outing.

Also, the annual festival of Latin music and reggaeton will have a second stage, more staff and larger grounds in 2025, and has inked a five-year deal with the City of Chicago and Chicago Park District to remain in Grant Park at least through 2029.

The Mexican superstar Pluma had his headlining 2024 set at Sueños scrapped by severe weather. He played two sold-out nights at the United Center last month. According to Thursday’s announcement, additional Sueños music headliners will be announced soon.

Sueños is put on by La Familia Presenta and C3 Presents, which also produces Lollapalooza in Grant Park. The 2024 fest had a total attendance 130,000. Long wait times to get into the grounds have been an issue for the festival, which also announced additional entrances for 2025.

  • The expanded grounds will add a dance zone “equipped for additional performances, DJ sets, and perreo along with more food vendors, bars, seating, and shade.”
  • Box offices will now open the day before the festival, and VIP and GA+ ticketholders will have separate entrances. All entrances will have more lanes.

Sueños Music Festival will be May 24-25, 2025, in Grant Park; tickets begin a 2025 Presale at noon Nov. 14 at www.suenosmusicfestival.com.
