Teen boy and three others injured in West Side drive-by shooting

A 16-year-old boy and three men were shot in a drive-by shooting on the West Side Friday night.

The victims were standing outside on the 600 block of South Homan Avenue when a dark color SUV approached at about 9:05 p.m. and someone inside the vehicle opened fire, police said.

The 16-year-old was shot in the leg and transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said.

A 26-year-old man was also transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition after sustaining a gunshot wound to the chest and abdomen. Another man, 23, who was shot in the ankle, was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

A 24-year-old man was shot in the right leg and buttocks and taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

No one is in custody. Area Four detectives are investigating.
