As the Senate Rules and Legislative Procedure committee meeting was about to start Monday morning, people packed the hallways outside the Senate chamber and viewing area — the majority of people yelling slogans supportive of abortion rights — as the Indiana General Assembly gathered for a special session where they will likely will ban abortion with few exceptions in the state.CQ
