La Tasca Tapas, a Spanish restaurant in downtown Arlington Heights, will close after 28 years on Feb. 28 and reopen as Paréa Greek Kitchen weeks later. The owners decided to change the concept due to declining business, especially after the pandemic, and to fill a void for Greek fine dining in the area.
