Q: I’ve been doing keto for a few months to lose weight. I’ve almost reached my goal, and I’m ready to go back to eating more carbs. Is there a good way to switch from keto back to a regular diet? I’m worried that when I eat carbs again, I’ll gain back the weight I lost.
