Most members of the Illinois congressional delegation are expected to take the historic step Wednesday of having twice voted to impeach President Donald Trump, this time for his role of inciting a violent insurrection on the U.S. Capitol last week. At least 14 of Illinois’ 18 members of Congress have said they will vote to impeach President Donald Trump — all 13 Democrats and Republican U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Channahon.
