Two people died in a fatal motorcycle crash late Saturday afternoon in Center Township in the second fatal motorcycle crash in less than a week.

The crash, according to the Porter County Sheriff’s Department, occurred around 5:18 p.m. June 29 in the area of Smoke and Division roads between a motorcycle and a sport utility vehicle.

The Porter County Coroner’s Office identified the two people who died as Sarah Blaize, 55, of
Valparaiso, the passenger on the motorcycle, who died after being transported to Northwest Health-Porter. Anthony Jaroszewski, 62, also of Valparaiso, died at the scene.
