Deerfield-based Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. said it has sold shares of AmerisourceBergen Corp.’s common stock for about $644 million. In addition, WBA entered into a concurrent share repurchase by AmerisourceBergen for proceeds of approximately $50 million.
