According to ESPN, veteran guard Russell Westbrook has decided to join the Los Angeles Clippers and pass on an offer from the Bulls. Westbrook was traded from the Lakers to Utah on Feb. 9. He’s expeced to agree to a buyout with the Jazz and hit the open market.
