Arlington Heights village officials predict it could be at least another decade until the Chicago Bears’ vision for a $5 billion stadium and entertainment complex comes to fruition at Arlington Park. But between now and then, a number of smaller development projects are nearly complete, in the works or on the horizon throughout the 16-square-mile community.
