Worship news: Disability support group, prayer time, bible study, Easter egg hunt

Chesterton

Liberty Bible Church: 824 N. Calumet Ave. — There will be a Mom’s Disability Support Group from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. April 4. The group is for mothers who have children of all ages with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The group will feature Christian fellowship, praying, home-baked goods, and sharing support and experiences. Liberty Bible Church: 824 N. Calumet Ave. — Liberty Bible Church will have Missionary Prayer Time from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. April 7. All are welcome to join the prayer time every first Monday of the month to lift up missionaries in prayer. To learn more, email kcram@lbchurch.org.

St Paul’s Lutheran Church: 8601 Harrison Ave. — St. Paul’s will have its annual Easter Egg Hunt at 11 a.m. April 12. Attendees are asked to bring a basket and meet in the school lunchroom (door K) before the hunt. The church is collecting individually wrapped candy ahead of the hunt that can be donated April 3, and volunteers are needed April 6 after the 10:15 a.m. service to fill eggs. Bethel Church: 704 W 700 N. — Bethel Church will have a GriefShare morning session from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and evening session from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 1.  Each week, the group will watch a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects, then discuss the video and personal lives as a support group.
