Zebra Technologies Corp. Monday said it has completed its acquisition of Matrox Imaging, a developer of advanced machine vision components, software and systems. When the deal was announced in March, Zebra said it would fund the $875 million purchase with a combination of cash on hand and financing under its credit facility.
