One key to reaching such a historic landmark is the remarkable longevity among its employees: this year, more than 55% of Zengeler Cleaners employees have been with the company for a minimum of 20 years. At a time when many companies are having difficulty recruiting — much less retaining — their employees, this level of loyalty and longevity is extremely rare in the business world.
