Gurnee police allege that Davis and a 16-year-old lit a fire in a bathroom at the shopping center at 6170 Grand Avenue on Feb. 6. Police received reports around 5:20 p.m. of smoke coming from a bathroom and discovered a small fire that police allege had been intentionally set.
