Moguls by Amanda, a Florida-based concierge consulting business, is announcing its national and international expansion. With this new move, the business hopes to lend a hand to even more eagerly expanding medical clinics. Chiropractor Dr. Amanda Apfelblat launched Moguls by Amanda with the mission of motivating doctors by optimizing their enterprises and liberating their time and resources.

According to Moguls by Amanda, great physicians can easily reach a plateau and get into a routine if their practice is not designed to scale. “We find what isn’t working and implement protocols and systems that will,” Apfelblat says. This is the case whether a practice is experiencing internal difficulties with its staff or is spending too much time, energy and money on activities that do not help the company attract and retain lifelong patients or increase profits.
Moguls by Amanda will collaborate with owners of private practices. They are selective about who they work with; they only accept clients who are “willing and ready to change.” Apfelblat says this is because her clients see tremendous improvements in processes and procedures after working with them.
“I work one-on-one with each client and urge them to make significant changes to the way they do business,” says Apfelblat. “My clients reach the success levels I know they are capable of.”
Apfelblat visits her moguls at their offices. To guarantee that her clients reach their objectives, she travels to each practice in person and has weekly video conference meetings with them for 90 days, followed by nine months of supportive care.
“I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to go to different parts of the globe and support businesses in each new location,” she says. “By visiting a practice in person, I am able to see how it operates, its inner workings, and what may be impeding its growth.” The company takes great pride in its concierge consulting services and its ability to meet clients wherever they may be.
