Last spring, Bria Schmidt was in a battle with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. This spring, the 16-year-old Hersey High School student from Mount Prospect, along with two other patients of Advocate Children’s Hospital, will take a trip to Mesa, Arizona, to watch her beloved Chicago Cubs in spring training.
